Part of the Far East Hospitality group, Oasia is a collection of four properties in Singapore and Malaysia—Oasia Hotel Novena, Oasia Hotel Downtown, Oasia Residence, Singapore, and Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur. The chain has made wellness part of its key offering, through a number of features and practices all centred around its three pillars of ‘Refresh, Refuel, Recharge’.

UNIFORM provided original content for Oasia’s digital and social platforms through photography, videography, and copywriting, as well as content curation and the management of their Instagram and Facebook pages. We also planned and executed on-the-ground campaigns that helped to redefine wellness for the brand, and for its guests.

In celebration of Oasia Hotel Downtown and Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur’s third birthdays, we partnered with six wellness advocates—each representing a different area of wellness: Mind, Scent, Body, Nutrition, Sound, and Nature—to bring Oasia’s guests new ways to practice wellness, and Refresh, Refuel, and Recharge. Aside from photographing and interviewing these advocates, we also worked with them to bring wellness into Oasia Hotel Downtown. Grain Traders brought their wholesome breakfast spread into the Club Lounge on weekday mornings; Freedom Yoga hosted weekly yoga sessions; The Stretch Clinic led workshops; Hush Candle introduced their candles in the gym and Club Lounge, and essential oil diffusers in selected guest rooms; Vinyl Of The Day curated an exclusive feel-good playlist; and The Botanist & Her Thieves brought a bit of nature into the common spaces.

For the birthdays of Oasia Hotel Novena and Oasia Residences Singapore, we brought on board four new wellness advocates—Mahota Commune held a kombucha-making workshop; My Art Space led an art-jamming workshop; Edible Garden City taught guests how to grow their own edible gardens; and FitNinja conducted muay thai and circuit training classes. Taking inspiration from travel and journeys, we created an all-rounded campaign to highlight these new wellness offerings, starting with two teaser videos and a campaign video:

Advocate Features

After which, we showcased each of the wellness advocates through posts on social media.

Wellness Exhibit

In order to communicate the various wellness offerings on the ground, we designed and installed this Wellness Exhibit—a physical touchpoint where guests could find out more about Oasia’s wellness efforts. This exhibit travelled across the different properties from November–December 2019.

Wellness Access

Finally, we designed a Wellness Access card that would encourage guests to take part in various activities across the various Oasia properties.


A STAY FOR TWO

Campaign Videos

As the hospitality industry emerged from the aftermath of Covid-19 in mid-2020, the hotel’s objective was to increase staycation bookings and welcome guests back. This campaign showcased the variety of experiences you could expect when you booked #AStayForTwo at an Oasia hotel.



Giveaway Contest

In conjunction with the campaign, we ran a giveaway contest on Instagram stories, inviting interested guests to get creative with their ideal day spent at Oasia.
