KILO LOUNGE MEDIA TASTING
On the 9th of December, UNIFORM invited and hosted press and media for a tasting session at Kilo Lounge to sample the range of signature cocktails and small bites on the menu, as well as have a look at what the lounge was up to. To start the night off, guests were introduced to the gourmet cocktails Kilo Lounge had to offer, from the refreshing A Sure Thing to the spicy Orale Way. A casual meal followed, with guests relaxing on the comfy chairs and sofas in the space while digging into a variety of creative bar bites, Kilo’s signature dishes and some hearty, sinful eats. After dinner, a few guests stayed on as Kilo Lounge hosted a Kilo Dialogues session, featuring the Society of Paranormal Investigators.
KILO MEDIA TASTING
On the 16th of November, UNIFORM invited and hosted press and media for a tasting session at the revamped Kilo Kallang to sample its new menu. Our guests were treated to dishes like Salmon Poke with watermelon, sesame, shiso, and sesame cracker; AU Grain-Fed Beef Guisado with congee, bone marrow, and watercress; and Mezcal Poached Plums with raspberries, pear, mascarpone gelato, and coffee, and experienced the Kilo way of dining: soulful food, heartfelt conversations, and unforgettable memories.
