Luxe Singapore brings the quintessential Sydney dining experience to our sunny shores. The restaurant in Keong Saik Road is the chain’s first ever overseas branch, and is helmed by acclaimed chef Chui Lee Luk who brings her Asian roots and influence to fresh, modern Australian cuisine. UNIFORM was engaged as the PR agency for Luxe and hosted the press and media for a tasting session of Luxe Singapore’s new menu, and organised and hosted the opening party for the restaurant.

LUXE SINGAPORE BRUNCH MENU TASTING
Luxe Singapore launched their revamped brunch menu in September 2015, making brunch a daily affair. UNIFORM hosted members of the media and press for a tasting session of the dishes on offer, allowing guests to have brunch their own way by picking whatever they’d like to eat and mix and match from the menu. We invited and hosted the press from various online and print platforms in two sessions, and secured press coverage for the brand on multiple platforms.

LUXE SINGAPORE MEDIA TASTING
After a revamp of Luxe’s soft launch menu, UNIFORM hosted members of the media and press for a tasting session of Chef Chui’s modern Australian fare imbued with regional and tropical ingredients and flavours. The tasting was held in two sessions, and in each, the media got a taste of 13 dishes from the menu as well as a variety of Luxe’s cocktails and drinks.
